Acme workers are trained on the proper use of equipment, tools, and materials, as well as safety protocols and procedures. We provide regular training to ensure that they are up-to-date on the latest safety standards.

Field Certifications 

At Acme Erectors, safety is a top priority, from the initial planning stages to project completion. Our highly trained and experienced field personnel and managers are dedicated to ensuring that all procedures and protocols are properly followed on every job site.

Our field certifications for each project include: 

  • 30-Hour OSHA Training for all Supervisors
  • 10-hour OSHA Training for all Field Personnel
  • Signalman/Rigging Qualification
  • Lift and Forklift Training
  • Certified Crane Operators
  • Certified Welders for all positions, including D1.8 Seismic Structural

Quality & Safety Manager

Acme Erectors employs a dedicated full-time Quality and Safety specialist, with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and 19 years of experience in the industry. His focus is to ensure the safety of every person on every job site by keeping abreast of current regulations and OSHA compliance, along with developing and implementing safety policies, procedures, and training programs. As part of his regular weekly objectives, he diligently undertakes a comprehensive range of tasks, including conducting 12 safety audits, 4 quality audits, and facilitating specialized training sessions. He also conducts comprehensive quarterly training sessions with project managers and key field personnel.

Our Quality and Safety Manager reports directly to the President and meets with him weekly to discuss project progress, address any quality or safety concerns, and strategize on continual improvement initiatives. This direct line of communication ensures that quality and safety remain at the forefront of our operations, allowing us to deliver construction projects that exceed client expectations while maintaining a safe working environment.

Our Quality and Safety Manager is a former OSHA Outreach Trainer for OSHA 10 and 30 hour for Construction. He also holds the following certifications:
